矫形外科简介

科室以骨科矫形为主,由王江宁教授带领博士、硕士团队,以精湛的技术、良好的医德,承担国家自然基金项目和北京市特色项目,医、教、研于一体,住院病人95%来自于外省市,主要诊治外省市疑难病例,主治方向小儿麻痹、脑瘫、矫形、断肢再植、难愈创面修复等。

王江宁 主任医师,首都医科大学教授,博士研究生导师,享有国务院特殊津贴,医学博士,获国家自然基金2项,北京市科研课题2项,局级课题1项,科研经费150万元左右。从事骨科专业30余年,主治小儿麻痹、脑瘫、矫形、断肢再植、难愈创面修复等。

-小儿麻痹、脑瘫、矫形

-O型腿、下肢畸形的矫正

-应用人工肌肉假体进行下肢的增粗术

-糖尿病足

-严重不愈合的创面、褥疮修复

-断肢、断指再植

【病例1】

术前患肢较健侧细1/3,走路需要用手扶

王梅,女,患小儿麻痹30余年,于2013年6月于首都医科大学北京世纪坛医院骨三科经人工肌肉置入治疗,术后10天,双下肢外观明显改善,患肢直径达到正常健侧水平,术后1月穿上了梦寐以求的裙子。该手术于2014年4月1日由CCTV10走进科学频道“王梅的心愿”独家报道。目前 ,患者已经完全康复,已经可以脱离手扶正常行走,双下肢外观满意。

Wang Mei, female, suffering from poliomyelitis(polio) for 30 years, was treated with artificial muscles in orthopedic surgery , Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing Shijitan Hospital, in June 2013. Postoperative 10 days, shape of the lower limb was significantly improved, the diameter of operative limb approached normal contralateral limb. Postoperative 1 month,Wang Mei dress a skirt.This surgery was reported by Approaching Science (CCTV10) in April 2014 .Now the patient has fully recovered and can walk normally, she is satisfied with shape of the lower limbs.

China's first application of "artificial muscles" a major breakthrough in the treatment of polio

According Guangming Daily reported, the reporter from the 29th meeting of the 'Beijing 2013 repair and Reconstructive Surgery Symposium' was informed that China's first application of 'artificial muscles' implantation therapy achieved a major polio breakthrough two patients undergoing surgery, they can already walk again like a normal person.

Currently, China has about 200 Wan polio patients receive effective treatment for less than 1/3. Moreover, the current domestic treatment, muscle atrophy and functional problems are irreversible. Beijing Millennium Monument Hospital, vice president Wang Jiangning through three years of continuous research , innovative use of 'artificial muscles' method can be successfully cured polio. their research results have been obtained national patents, and is applying for PCT international patent.

Wang Jiangning said the two cases of 'artificial muscles' implantation of the successful implementation of just a good beginning, the future is expected in the treatment of trauma caused by defects in limb muscles, atrophy and other neurological diseases caused by limb muscle atrophy, including facial muscle atrophy and other diseases get the application.
